Each month, HonorSociety.org members are eligible to enter the Monthly Writing Challenge. The winning article will be chosen by the HonorSociety.org National Office and the writer will receive  $250 award. To enter, please write an article (300 word count minimum) on the assigned topic, publish it to your HonorSociety.org blog, and comment on 5 other articles written by HonorSociety.org members. Once you have published the post, email the link and screen shots or links to your 5 comments to Monica.Woodhams@HonorSociety.org and share it on Facebook with #HonorSocietyorg. 
 
 
 
August 2017: How to Prepare for the New Semester
Write about your best practices for beginning the Fall semester strong. This could include tips for buying textbooks, signing up for the right classes, moving into a new dorm or anything related to starting a new semester. 
 
September 2017:  The first thing I did as an HonorSociety.org member.
What was the first thing you did as an HonorSociety.org member? Did you redeem one of the benefits, apply for a scholarship, or start writing on the blog? What would you suggest a new member do the moment they join? The student with the most shares on Facebook will receive a prize.

July: Summer Internship Experience
Write about your summer internship and what you've learned throughout the experience
