Presently I’m a senior at the University of Texas at El Paso. I will be graduating in December, 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. A little about me, my given name is Duy Lam, but to keep it short and simple, I go by Max. I love sports, any sports—basketball, football, baseball, snowboard, wake-board, tennis, racquetball, soccer, bowling, etc.—and I’ve, at the very least, played it. Aside from that, I love music and have at various junctures put my thoughts to emulate musical lyrics but they resemble more like spoken words. I can go on and ramble all day about myself and my interests but we’ll leave that for another day. Having said that, the three areas I will be focusing on the blog are: Education, Philanthropy and Pre-studies. I’m excited and am looking forward to writing as well as reading writings from colleagues from the HonorSociety.org as well.

P.s There will be an article titled “Education fosters Hope,” posted next so please stay tune.
