Hi everyone!!! My name is Lacey Jo Trautman and I am currently and sophomore at Penn State Altoona. I am looking to go into the field of Education and a minor in kinesiology! I have always dreamed about being a teacher ever since I was a little girl. I have played soccer all of my life and all the way into my first year at Penn State Altoona, however, I am finally hanging up the jersey and putting away the cleats to focus more on my studies and get involved more with school. I will miss the sport dearly since it has really shaped me into who I am today. Anywho! I have two brothers and one sister, and I am the youngest of them all. My parents have been happily married for 25 years and still going strong. My father had a horrific accident while on the job in his construction business, a few years back. He has been disabled ever since and still have not fully recovered from all that has happened, however, he does absolutely everything he can no matter what his injuries are, he's just that kind of guy! Sadly, since my dad can't work my mom has been working multiple jobs to keep our family afloat. She is one heck of a women, let me tell you. My family is nothing short of amazing, and I hope that I can have just what they have one day! So for now, I'll keep working hard with my studies and in the rest of my life to make them proud and show them that no matter what the difficulties are that you face, nothing can stop you!
