About

Hello my name is Bailey Frazier and I am currently a Junior in college. I have a passion for learning and teaching in every aspect of my life whether that is through school, church, or just relationships I have with others. I am currently going for a degree in elementary education and hope I can teach at a small school in the country. Being a teacher to me is such a critical role in today's society. Teachers are rasing the future generations so it is vital to me to be loving and devoted to each and every one of the students who walk trough my classroom door. I am a Christian and do not hide it at all. I love the Lord and try to imitate his love and kindness everyday whether that is through small acts of kindness or just walking around with a smile on my face. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, especially my churches college group. They have been a huge blessing for me this past semester and have shown me so much love. I also currently work at a Chick-Fil-A here in Arlington Texas as a certified trainer, so I train and teach new hires our processes to running the restaurant. This new role has also been a huge blessing and has definitely helped me grow in responsibility and leadrship.

Goals and interests

Career goal

Ever since I was a kid I always wanted to be a teacher. My reasons then were to have a cute classroom and have summers off but now as an adult those reasons have changed. I want to be a teacher who makes a difference in lives, a teacher who sparks a passion for learning in children, a teacher who can change the future by changing the lives of the future. So I plan on attending UTA in order to pursue my career goals and graduate with a degree in elementary education.

Outside the classroom

I have so many hobbies. I call them grandmother hobbies and they consist of reading, gardening, baking, crochet, sewing, embrodiry... and many more but as of recently its been hanging out with my friends and church community, reading, and learning to play the gutiar.
