Bailey Goodell

I am going to be attending Western Governors University in May to get a Bachelors degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management. When that is finished I am going for a Masters degree in Management and Leadership. I grew up in a small town in Iowa but currently live in Ogden, UT. I work with my parents that own and run a successful Chiropractic business that is also medically integrated. When they decided to add medical into their office I helped implement the department and introduce it to the community. I have also consulted for businesses outside of the state and have successfully accomplished multiple audits that have brought in a high amount of revenue into the businesses. The past 2 years I have been managing the medical department with a role in the Human Resources department for the company as a whole. The past 5 years I have been a medical assistant and have worked over two years in the Dermatology department removing skin cancers through surgery. Through my experience I have determined that I enjoy and I am fascinated with creating, running and maintaining businesses and helping them succeed and excel with growth and profit.
