Goals and interests
- Career goal
My goal is to teach in an online nursing program. I can attest to how hard it is to balance home-life, work, and schoolwork. I believe that online education programs give traditional and non-traditional students the flexibility necessary to be successful in their chosen professions, and the COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated that online education programs are effective. Completing my DNP degree will open educational teaching jobs that otherwise would remain closed. I am proud to be a nurse and I count myself lucky to have had the opportunities I’ve had to achieve my career goals as a single woman.
