Becky Paschal

I am a Senior Finance Student at Sam Houston State University acquiring my Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Finance after topping out my salary as a loan officer without any degree in the banking industry. I worked my way up from a teller position, on to a loan processor then to a Sr. loan processor and Loan Officer over the course of thirteen years. While working in the banking industry during the economic breakdown in 2008-2009, my employer tried to make it but ended up having to lay many employees off and I took that opportunity to go back to school to get my finance degree to better myself and my position in my career. I worked for a school district full-time as they worked with my part-time college hours allowing me to attend the University for four years and then have been going to school full-time this past year until graduation to accomplish my goals.
