Bethany Butler

Hello, my name is Bethany Andrews. I am a mother of 3 teenage boys and a little girl who is one in dec 2024. In 2005, I was in 11th grade in a horrific car accident where my ex tried to kill me. As a result, I was in a coma and completely shattered my pelvis. I had to quit school and take physical, speech, and occupational therapy. In 2008 I took and relieved my GED and started my Family. I took a break but decided last year to go after my dream. I began at Strayer University in the summer of 2022, majoring in business administration. Im going in my fourth semester of honor classes, my GPA is 4.0, and I am on the president's list. Not only am I doing everything I have dreamed of doing, but I also have the chance to show my children that no matter what life throws in your direction, you change and succeed with hard work and commitment. We can write our destiny and believe in ourselves.
I aim to open a non-profit youth bureau for young adults and troubled teens with little or no support. I plan to provide counseling, education, employment, and help to build a foundation. I see The community I live in, among others, that would benefit from an organization like this.
