Goals and interests

Career goal

My aspiration as a Public health nurse is to translate knowledge from the health and social sciences to individuals and population groups through targeted interventions, programs, and advocacy.

Graduate school interests

I have always dreamed of working in a health care field that focuses on helping people. As a public health nurse, I want to provide health education, care management, and primary care that focuses on disease prevention and health promotion for vulnerable population and high-risk groups. I wanted to become a public health nurse so that I can help make a difference by promoting health at a national and global levels to eliminate health disparities among all groups in a society. My goal is to create ways to eliminate health disparities, improve access to care, and foster public health policies that encourage healthy habits.
