About

I am currently entering my senior year at the University of Washington pursuing a B.A. in Economics as well as Philosophy. I am on track to graduate in June of 2015. I have not established concrete career plans yet, however I am considering continuing my education in either law school or graduate school.

Goals and interests

Graduate school interests

I am currently weighing the pros and cons of taking the LSAT or GRE. I am leaning toward the LSAT due to my more developed interests in law in general and my tentatively laid out plan to focus on tax or contract law. Lately, however, I have been considering taking the GRE more seriously and am open to pursuing a graduate school track relating to philosophy or economics.

Outside the classroom

I recently discovered a love of writing. I have mostly focused on philosophical essays, partially due to class requirements and because I am thoroughly infatuated with the subject. I have increased the scope of my focus to now include novels and short stories. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places and cultures. I enjoy learning and have taken up some of my free time with free online classes as well as independent research. Ultimately my goal in life is to learn and experience as much as I can under the limitations I am faced with.
