Outside the classroom

I love to be outside and stay active. With all the beautiful scenery I'm blessed with around me, it's hard to stay in doors. From hiking, running, biking, etc. in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. I also can never pass up a good book, which is a lot due to the amazing authors out, from classics to history to YA. My mind is always seeking to continue learning new things. Fishing and hunting are always a favorite pastime, as well as staying in sports for fun. I thoroughly enjoy creating and putting things together. Whether it's something I came up with or gathering information from Pinterest. As some may look at me oddly, I consider my job as a Medic a hobby. I passionately believe you should love what you do, because then it's not a job. I love helping others and furthering my knowledge to help others even more.
