Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to become an administrator, such as a school principal or district leader. I aspire to take on a leadership role where I can drive positive changes in school culture, improve student outcomes, and support teachers in their professional growth. By leveraging my experience, education, and passion for making a difference, I aim to create an inclusive, effective learning environment that benefits both students and the broader school community.

Graduate school interests

In grad school, my interests revolve around educational leadership, policy studies, and effective school administration. I'm particularly passionate about learning how to create inclusive school cultures, implement data-driven instructional practices, and develop strategies that promote parental involvement and community engagement. I'm also interested in understanding how to navigate and influence educational policies to drive positive change in schools. These areas align with my goal of becoming an impactful educational leader who can support teachers, students, and families in achieving their best outcomes.

Outside the classroom

I have a diverse range of hobbies that keep me engaged and balanced. I enjoy reading, which allows me to explore new ideas and perspectives, and writing provides a creative outlet to express my thoughts and experiences. I also have a love for learning, always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. In addition, I enjoy crafting, which lets me work with my hands and be creative in different ways, and spending time with animals, which brings me a sense of joy and relaxation. These hobbies enrich my life and contribute to my personal and professional growth.
