About
I was scared returning back to school after 20+ years. If it wasn't for my advisor, I would have walked away. Yet, we sat down and reviewed all my concerns. It is almost 2 years later, I am 3 classes away from earning my bachelors, with a 3.96 GPA. I am also the President of the Entrepreneur Club and a member of the S.A.I.L. Leadership Club. I have also made the Dean's List and 3 National Honor Society Programs. The beginning of this semester, I quit my job, therefore I enrolled in 8 classes. Then the pandemic hit, quarantine, social distancing, virtual classes were put in place. It was a tough semester, I still accomplished my goal of making all A's in my classes. The semester has now ended. Currently, my plans are searching for employment in a pandemic workforce.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I hope to be employed at a corporation as a trainer for employees in the field of Learning and Development. After some time, I would like to then venture and freelance as a consultant.
- Graduate school interests
Currently, I do not have any plans to attend grad school at this time. Yet, if I am employed with a corporation who will invest in continuing my studies, I will be more than happy to pursue my education.
- Outside the classroom
Taking the time to enjoy the quietness of the day before it becomes hectic is the thing I love the most. I also adore traveling, reading, writing, spending time with my family and friends. Sporting events, museums, people watching, just absorbing in the things that surround me. Relaxing on my patio area listening to music, you can catch me engaging in as well. I like a cool breeze, or the sun on my face or warming my back. You will see me with a pen in my hand and a notebook on my lap, ready to capture what may cross my mind. Hobbies these may be, but these are the simple joys that bring me happiness.
