About

I have worked hard to keep my grade up and still make time to pursue the academic and life goals that I have set for myself. It has been a challenge with a great reward throughout my time in college.

Education

  • University of Oklahoma

History with a minor in Dance History

    2016 – 2019

  • Columbia College

    Associates in General Studies

    2015 – 2016

Honors and awards

  • Dean's List

I was put on the Dean's list for excellence in academics since I maintained a 4.0 GPA at Columbia College.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I hope to become an archivist or master librarian and work at a museum or a university library. I am specifically interested in rare manuscripts and books from the Middle East and surrounding area.

Graduate school interests

I hope to get a Masters in Library Sciences or in Museum Studies. I am considering continuing at the University of Oklahoma, but I am open to other universities as well.

Outside the classroom

I love to read, especially historical fiction, sci-fi, and fantasy, dance (I have danced classical ballet for twelve years and have assistant taught for three years), sing, play piano and ukulele, and cook.
