About
I finished my bachelor’s in Aeronautical & Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University nearly a year ago. I was a classic Lego’s kid starting at age 4, fascinated with the challenge of building just about anything. Fast forward to my senior year of high school when I spent a day shadowing an engineer at Bohler Engineering, a civil engineering firm, and my future was sealed. At Clarkson, I learned not only the necessary rudiments of engineering but also how to work hard, persist in solving challenging problems, and be mentored and managed. I also learned how to work both independently and as a collaborative team member through projects ranging from designing, building and floating a concrete canoe to designing an aircraft capable of rapid vertical lift. Currently, I am simultaneously providing engineering instructions and drawings using SolidWorks, and working in production in a composite company. In my spare time, I am creating a glider capable of vertical takeoff/ landing that can also be telescoped down into a significantly smaller size (windryders.com).
