About
Hello my name is Bridgett Flynn, I am now currently a Junior at Johnson & Wales University. I am in the P4 Program which is the top Baking & Pastry Program for the Baking & Pastry students. I applied for this opportunity and had found out this amazing news last year during the spring of my Sophomore year. I have worked from the front of the house or restaurants to the back. I have worked 40 hours weekly with a Catering company called the Casual Gourmet located in Hyannis Cape Cod. Helping out with Weddings, Organizations and special events with Pastries and cakes! On my own time in the summer I bake for others party events, graduations and family gatherings. The more experience I can get the better baker I will become. I am a very flexible employee. I put time into my work and make sure the costumers are always satisfied!
