Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am pursuing a career in Human Resource Management because I’m passionate about helping people succeed and creating positive, supportive work environments. HR allows me to combine strong communication skills with my interest in problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational leadership. I’m motivated by the idea of making workplaces more fair, efficient, and inclusive, while also helping employees feel valued and supported.
My goal is to work in a role where I can recruit and develop talent, assist with training, and help organizations grow by building strong, motivated teams. I enjoy learning about workplace dynamics, employee relations, and the policies that keep businesses running smoothly. As I continue my education, I’m excited to build the skills and experience that will prepare me for a long-term career in HR and allow me to make a meaningful impact within any organization I join.
- Graduate school interests
I am interested in pursuing graduate studies that will deepen my knowledge of Human Resource Management and help me develop the advanced leadership and organizational skills needed to grow in the field. I’m particularly drawn to programs that focus on strategic HR, employee development, and organizational behavior. I want to learn more about how workplaces function, how strong leadership influences employee success, and how effective HR practices can improve both productivity and morale.
In graduate school, I hope to explore areas such as talent management, conflict resolution, training and development, and employment law. I am also interested in research and hands-on learning opportunities that will allow me to apply what I learn in real-world situations. Ultimately, my goal is to build the expertise needed to become a strong HR leader who can create supportive, efficient, and inclusive work environments.
- Outside the classroom
In my free time, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and finding small ways to unwind from a busy schedule. I like activities that help me relax and stay balanced, whether it’s being outdoors, listening to music, or working on personal goals. I also enjoy learning new things and exploring interests that help me grow both personally and academically.
