My intended career path begins with completing my bachelor’s degree in Communications, where I am currently a junior. After graduating, I plan to gain entry-level experience in administrative or human resources support roles to build a strong foundation in workplace operations and employee relations. From there, I aim to transition into a Human Resources position, such as an HR assistant or coordinator, where I can apply my communication skills to support hiring, training, and employee engagement.

Long-term, I plan to grow into a Human Resources specialist or manager role, focusing on improving internal communication, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting organizational development.

I am interested in pursuing graduate school to further develop my knowledge and skills in Human Resources and organizational communication. After gaining some professional experience, I plan to enroll in a master’s program focused on Human Resources Management or Organizational Leadership. Earning a graduate degree will allow me to strengthen my understanding of employee relations, workplace strategy, and effective communication practices, while also preparing me for advanced roles within Human Resources.
