Goals and interests

Career goal

As a Computer Engineering student, my career aspirations center around leveraging technology to solve complex problems and contribute to societal advancement. My interest lies in pursuing opportunities both within government agencies, the medical field, and tech companies.

In government roles, I aim to apply my skills in Computer Engineering to support national security initiatives, develop innovative solutions for public services, and contribute to the advancement of critical infrastructure. I am drawn to the prospect of working on projects that have a direct impact on the well-being and safety of citizens, such as cybersecurity, defense systems, and smart city initiatives.

Additionally, I am enthusiastic about the dynamic and fast-paced environment of tech companies. I aspire to work for industry leaders where I can collaborate with diverse teams to develop cutting-edge technologies, design innovative products, and push the boundaries of what is possible in the digital landscape. Whether it's in software development, hardware engineering, or emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. I am eager to contribute my expertise and creativity to drive forward technological innovation.

In addition to my interest in government and tech companies, I am also intrigued by opportunities within the medical field. As a Computer Engineer, I see the potential to revolutionize healthcare through the application of cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions.

Overall, my career path as a Computer Engineer is guided by a passion for technology, a desire to tackle complex challenges, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Graduate school interests

While my current focus is on pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, I also harbor aspirations for further education in dentistry. Grad school represents an opportunity for me to expand my skill set and pursue a new passion in healthcare.

Transitioning to dentistry aligns with my desire to make a tangible impact on people's lives through hands-on care and personalized attention. Dentistry offers a unique blend of science, artistry, and patient interaction that appeals to my interests and values. I am drawn to the opportunity to combine my technical expertise with a holistic approach to oral health and wellness.

In grad school, I envision immersing myself in coursework that covers foundational principles in dentistry, including anatomy, physiology, and dental procedures. I am eager to gain hands-on experience through clinical rotations and practical training, honing my skills in diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing procedures, and providing compassionate patient care.

Moreover, pursuing a degree in dentistry opens up avenues for me to contribute to community health initiatives, address disparities in access to dental care, and promote oral health education and awareness. I am excited about the prospect of working in diverse healthcare settings, whether in private practice, community clinics, or research institutions, where I can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Ultimately, my goal of pursuing dentistry reflects my commitment to lifelong learning, personal growth, and making a positive impact on individuals and communities. Grad school represents a pivotal step in realizing this ambition, allowing me to combine my passion for healthcare with my background in engineering to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career path.
