Goals and interests

Career goal

Currently seeking an MBA From UCLA Anderson School of Business to explore my entrepreneurial creativity and become a better leader.
I am ready to begin my MBA journey at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Professionally, my business is scaling at an impressively high rate which requires me to pursue more in depth knowledge in business management. At this moment, I am presented with growth and expansion opportunities within my current school and city partnerships, for which I am unable to take full advantage of because my business resources are limited. In order to seize such opportunities, I need to grow my current labor force. In order to do that, I need to learn how to sustain a healthy, robust work environment and business process. While I understand this is a “good problem to have”, now more than ever, I am committed to pursuing my MBA.
Personally, I believe that my journey has taught me to stay humble, but ambitious, while mastering persistence, perseverance and prioritization for both my professional and personal life. Now, I have the time and bandwidth to commit to a rigorous academic program. In addition, I am in the perfect position to flexibly schedule my current San Diego and Los Angeles work commute in favor of attending my FEMBA classes, comfortably make adaptable decisions to strategically drive the direction of my business to its full potential, and lastly, fully commit to advancing my education by obtaining my Master’s in Business Administration.
As a True Bruin and dedicated UCLA Alumna, there is no other institution I can imagine myself attending than UCLA. And for that reason, I am beyond excited to spend the next few years as a returning student, immersing myself into the UCLA Anderson FEMBA program.
