Caitlyn Merrell

I am currently attending Rock Valley College. I am hoping to transfer to NIU this fall for their Nursing program. I was invited by NIU based on my RVC academic achievement to join the honor society. I also am accepting an invitation to Phi Theta Kappa. I am graduating RVC this May. After I have completed my studies at NIU I am hoping to be in the NICU or Labor and Delivery. After a couple years in the field I have thought about pursuing a specialty in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. The past couple years have been hard for me, but I know in the end it'll all be worth it. I am very goal oriented and I take the initiative in everything I do.
