I am a nursing student in the accelerated BSN program at Western Carolina University. I have just completed my second semester and have been proud to maintain a 4.0 GPA!
I live in Asheville, NC, with my wife and 4 year old daughter. I am currently also working part-time in the construction industry, building residential homes, and as a adjunct professor teaching rock climbing courses at Warren Wilson College.

I want to work in critical care nursing early on in my career to build out my practical skills before eventually transitioning into public health nursing.
- Graduate school interests
Pursuing a master's in Community Health Nursing is a path that has always interested me as a way to better support the provision of high-quality nursing care to underserved and under-insured populations.

Playing with my 4 year old daughter! Also, rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, gardening, and woodworking.
