About

I was born in Cheyenne, WY while my dad was stationed at FE Warren Air Force Base, in Security Forces. We moved to Oklahoma where he grew up before moving back to Petaluma where my mom was raised. My dad is a California Highway Patrolman, and my mom is a Chief Nursing Executive. One unique fact about me is that my great, great grandfather was a Cherokee Chief, and I am a registered Cherokee Indian.
I earned the Elementary Seal of Biliteracy from my Spanish Dual Immersion school. While at Loma Vista I took piano lessons and learned to play the Marimba. I have earned the Gold Award on the National Spanish Exam and passed the AP Spanish Exam. I qualify for the high school Seal of Biliteracy.
I am a multi-sport athlete. Sports have taught me to be a leader and a follower and the importance of being a good example. Sports have humbled me and built resilience. I was honored to be voted as football team captain. Qualifying for CA State Championships was a highlight of my wrestling career.
I am a proud Eagle Scout, and through scouting have learned the importance of community service. My favorite volunteer hours have been at Miracle League, helping special needs athletes enjoy baseball.

I have chosen to begin every high school day with 6am seminary. The guidance and direction I get from religion has helped shape who I am today, the choices that I makes, and the core values I hold.
