Candice Dyes

I hope to earn my degree in criminal justice so that I can learn all I need to know about the criminal justice field. And then my dream and goal is to obtain my master's degree in forensic science so that I can work in a forensic crime lab. That would be my dream come true!

One of my most favorite things to do is spend time with my children when I am not working or concentrating on school. I have a 12 year old son and two six year old twin daughters who I love to spend time with at any given moment. But some of my other and hobbies include reading, which is something that keeps me grounded and I am usually always reading at least two books at a time I find reading allows me to go into another world without having to leave the one I'm in and is a ultimate stress release. I also love writing, although I wouldn't really call myself a writer it's more of a journaling but I love to get my feelings down and write about things I find interesting or ideas I might have or even short stories that might come to me at random times. I also love science! Anything to do with the study of science I will read about or watch documentaries about or find out whatever I can about the topic because it has always been something that has fascinated me which is one of the reasons why I decided to go back to school for the career path that I have chosen. And one of my other passions is music, although I am not a singer or a songwriter, I love music. I feel like music can make a bad day better and I feel like music can make someone come up with wonderful ideas and lighten the atmosphere of a room just by listening to the lyrics and the Beats of a song.
