I am retired from 20 years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. During my tenure, I served as a Unit Mentor, Trainer, Safety Officer, Hostage Negotiator and Serious Incident Investigator. I graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler specializing in Organizational Development and I also hold a Master of Science from UT as well.
