About

I am currently a Junior at the University of Houston-Downtown. I hope to graduate with my Criminal Justice degree in 2017. I am currently a litigation file clerk at a law firm but I am also being trained as a back-up paralegal. I have been with the firm for about 7 months and I'm completely happy on the achievement I have made there in such a short period of time. I do work full-time and live on my own which means I can only be a part-time student, but I am okay with that because I am putting myself through school. Slowly but surely I will have my degree and the career I want for the rest of my life. I want to be a great example for my younger siblings that it is possible to achieve something great even if all your surroundings tell you otherwise. No obstacle can be greater than your will.
