About
My Name is Carolina Zavala. I am a 20-year-old first-generation college student at Cabrillo College. I am pursuing a major in biology, hopefully in the next year, or so I will be transferring to CSU Monterey Bay to finish getting my bachelors in Bio. I am also looking into some EMT training around my area so that I can get my certification and be able to become a Paramedic and get some more medical training in me before I go to med school. At the moment I do not work because I just want to put all my focus on school for now and then maybe toward the end I would like to start working to be able to help out my family for all they have done for me in these years that I have been at Cabrillo. The school has been a struggle for me, but honestly, no matter what, I will always give it my all no matter what. I'm not the type that will just give up when something seems hard. I will push myself until I make it to the other side.

The job that I intend to have one day is to be an Obstetrician. Being an Obstetrician is where I can monitor the baby's growth in the mother's womb and make sure that everything is going smoothly until its time for childbirth. where I will be helping the mother deliver her baby

One of the hobbies that I have is that I love to draw cartoon characters. I've been drawing since I was about 14 years old, and ever since then, I've just been practicing little by little drawing different things. I hope that one day I can get to the point where I can draw more realistic things and be able to draw people. Another hobby that I have is that I like to play soccer; I was never part of any team, but I still liked to play. when my family would get together I would always play with them. Most of the time, it's just me kicking the ball around. I still like the sport, though.
