About
I'm Chantel Haliburton, a Psychology major at Regent University with a 3.9 GPA. After becoming a mother at 19 in 2013 I have returned to college with a new purpose and a drive to make a lasting impact. I now balance school, a family, and my role at my workplace as an inventory supervisor. I am passionate about helping others heal from their traumas and addictions and I am an active member in the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML), where I serve others through my faith and outreach.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on becoming a psychology counselor and go on further to obtain my PHD in this field.
- Graduate school interests
I plan to pursue a Masters and follow that into a PHD in clinical mental health counseling or a related program. My goal is to become a licensed counselor specializing in trauma, addiction, and recovery with a faith based approach.
- Outside the classroom
In my free time I love to go fishing or read a good book. I am very active and enjoy hiking outdoors as well as attending kickboxing four days a week.
