I am a Junior at Johnson & Wales University studying Culinary Nutrition with a focus on Athletic Performace Nutrition.
I spent my twenties traveling the US to different resorts and cities in order to broaden my view of food and culture in this country. Through that I discovered my passion for not only food, but food that heals.
I am at JWU to follow my dreams and make them a reality.

I made the deans list for my first semester at JWU by achieving a 4.0 gpa.

I was able to become a member of the NHS by achieving a 4.0 gpa in my first semester at JWU.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan to work with athletic teams as a Culinary Nutritionist as a means to teach others about cooking techniques and nutrition practices as well as raise awareness of nutrition in the general population.
- Graduate school interests
If I return to grad school it would be as a means to become a Culinary Instructor here at the school.
- Outside the classroom
In my free time I enjoy making wire-wrapped crystal jewelry, hiking and riding around on my eboard.
