Some of my hobbies I participate in include activities such as spoken word, art, poetry, and reading. All of these hobbies help me express my creativity in a healthy way. I believe that being creative is one of the most important and healthiest ways we can be unique and express ourselves as human beings. Being creative helps us utilize all the outside of the box tools that sometimes ae hidden from the natural eye. Being creative helps you tackle tasks in a more appropriate manner, it helps you become a better problem solver. Writing spoken word and poetry helps me express how I feel in times that might be difficult & also times where I may be at my best. Painting and creating other art pieces just adds a bit of calmness and relaxation to that process. Last but not least reading has become a huge part of my life recently, it's expanded my thought process and has opened my mind to so many new opportunities and perspectives of life.
