About
My name is Chase Bernard and I’m from a small town in western New York called Fillmore. I never really knew what my dream job was until 7th grade; that’s when I took my very first hands on class. The second half of that class contained the welding course. This is when I really knew what I wanted. Welding made me realize what exactly it was that I had a knack for. This continued on to 11th and 12th grade where I took a BOCES course in welding and then again in college at Alfred State College. I’ve decided welding is what I want to do. I plan on getting my 2-year course completion and then pursuing a career in TIG welding. Whether it’s a maintenance welder or a job shop welder. But eventually I want to be a self employed aluminum/stainless steel fabricator.
