A dedicated technology professional with over 16 years of industry experience, I have built a rewarding career focused on operations and data-driven capacity forecasting. Alongside my professional role, I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of General Studies with a focus on Business Essentials, an academic dedication that recently earned me induction into the Honor Society. Looking ahead, I plan to specialize in AI and Cloud Computing.
Driven by community engagement and continuous improvement, I am a recently accepted member of my local Junior League chapter, a certified Brené Brown Dare to Lead professional, and am pursuing my Lean Six Sigma Mastery Black Belt. Having served as a global ERG Board Secretary and been named one of the Most Influential Women of 2025, my goal is to step into director-level leadership. I am passionate about mentoring and building empowered teams where every individual feels heard, valued, and inspired to succeed.

I am focused on leveraging my deep operational and forecasting expertise to drive organizational success while cultivating an empowering team culture. Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I believe in maintaining a vibrant, creative balance. I love painting, traveling to new places, getting lost in a good book, and unwinding with a great movie. Deeply proud of my roots, I enjoy the creative challenge of baking and putting a healthy twist on traditional Southern recipes. Above all, I treasure quality time with family, especially hosting lively card nights with my cousins.
