About

My name is Chelsea Stuva and my goal is to become a Nurse Midwife. I am currently a student at Concordia University St. Paul in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. I believe all women have the right to safe, informed healthcare. My goal is to help women become more confident in their bodies, have informed healthcare and to have a positive birth experience. I have volunteered at Adventist Medical Center with over 300 hours of volunteer service and volunteered as a doula helping women have a safe and positive birth experience. I currently volunteer for Dress for Success where I help undeserved women in my community prepare for job interviews. I am excited to start my journey as a nursing student and I am prepared to help all women have the birthing experience they deserve.
