About

I am now working on what should be my third degree. I am one class shy from my first bachelors degree from Texas State in exercise and sports science. I was in a terrible car carsh and was forced to put a hold on school. Once I was healed and recovered I decided to go the route of a physical therapist assistant instead of a physical therapist. This led me to begin school at South University to complete my degree and take the National Physical Therapy Examination which I passed on the first attempt and worked for almost three years with that title. I decided this was not the career for me since there is not room for advancement and growth this led me to researching new careers. I decided on nursing because I knew I wanted to remain in the medical field. There are so many options and settings for nurses to choose from and they are always in need. I am very excited to be on this journey and look forward to seeing where it takes me.
