Chioma Mortanya

Hello, I'm Chioma Mortanya and I have a passion for helping people. I try to give back to the community as much as I can because I believe that for the world to become a better place it is important that everyone works together and helps each other, no matter the difference in our skin color and status of our wealth.

I am also a military child and have been for my entire life. When I tell people about how my current high school will be the 11th school I've attended, the usual first reactions I get is slight pity because of my lack of a stable environment. Though this is true, I like to see my constant moves throughout my childhood to be something positive. Moving from place to place, gave me an opportunity to experience different cultures and have a less narrow view of the world.
