Envisaging this statement, I realized early on in my life that industry and hard work combined with knowledge and intelligence are investments that guarantee returns. My biggest asset would be my faith in my abilities, a never-say-die attitude and soaring ambition all of which combine to propel me ahead no matter what the magnitude of challenge or the obstacles along the way. I truly believe that my ten year plan, one that encompasses a successful career path that ultimately leads to a senior consulting position in a lead organization in an irreplaceable role enabling the company to reach spectacular heights, is achievable. To fulfill what I have envisioned and to live the life I have imagined, I was prompted to pursue the world class Master’s degree in Information Management at Syracuse University, School of Information Studies.
During the past years, I have worked as an Analyst in Quality Assurance and Logistics departments for Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), a reputed Aerospace organization in Bangalore, India. As part of my job, I have managed to work with Audit teams, Quality Assurance and Systems Engineering Group, Logistics & Stores Management and focused mainly on analyzing relevant data and providing recommendations on standardizing the processes to improve quality, reduce risks and also reduce costs involved in the processes. The value of professional experience I have gathered in a real high performance setting is a commodity, the value of which will not diminish. This deep insight and experiential learning has accentuated my profile and also makes future learning more directed. For this reason, I have begun pursuing my Masters in the field of Information Management with Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in Data Science, specializing in Data Analytics at Syracuse University, School of Information Studies.
I bring with me good interpersonal skills, understanding of human behavior, zest for new initiatives, strong work ethics, enthusiasm to learn, and a bird’s eye view of the real world. Joel Barker's words, "Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world!” find deep resonance in me.
