About
I am currently a Criminal Justice and Criminology student at Arizona State University. I have grown up wanting to be in the law or justice program with inspiration from my family. My aunt was apart of the FBI and I was always amazed by her success which inspired me to have a similar career path. In the future I am looking to be in the CSI or FBI. My parents have raised me to be an extremely hardworking and driven person which has allowed me to get where I am today. I have learned throughout life that there will be major setbacks and hardships that you have to push through no matter how hard the struggle is. This is something I believe has prepared me for the FBI field because I am aware this is not an easy career and I will have to overcome many hardships in this future but pushing through this will allow for many rewarding outcomes. I chose to attend ASU because they have a great program for my major and I believe I will be able to better my studies at this University. Since attending ASU I have been extremely focused on my career and have been rewarded for my efforts. I was honored to be named to the Dean's List in the spring of 2021. This has motivated me to continue working hard and better myself and education in any way I can.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am currently studying to be in the FBI or CSI. I hope to make a difference in one of these astounding agencies.
- Outside the classroom
I grew up in Orange County, California so my hobbies are heavily influenced by the ocean. I have always loved being by the beach which is where I spend a majority of my time when i'm home. I like to go surfing or paddle boarding and just relaxing at the beach with friends. I also enjoy going on runs. Physical exercise has always been extremely important to me so going on long distance runs is a big hobby of mine. The most important thing to me is surrounding myself with family and friends and doing what makes me happy.

I was a member of NJHS from 8th grade until senior year of high school. In those years I was given the opportunity to volunteer at hundreds of different organizations. I was able to help in many different ways. I learned in this time how important it is to be aware of how much of a difference you can make. I would volunteer at organizations consistently at least once every week throughout these years.
