About

As a passionate psychology major, my academic and professional goals center on becoming a psychotherapist for adolescents, a population I feel especially drawn to supporting through critical developmental stages. I aspire to create a safe, inclusive space for young people to navigate mental health challenges, ultimately culminating in owning a private practice. My long-term vision includes integrating holistic approaches into therapy—such as mindfulness-based techniques and, potentially, acupuncture or herbal/homeopathic medicine—after completing graduate school. I am committed to lifelong learning and interdisciplinary exploration to offer comprehensive, empathetic care that supports the whole person.
