About
My name is Ciera Mazza and I am currently in my second year at Metropolitan Community College in Nebraska. I am pursuing a career in nursing, specifically in pediatrics since I love working with children. I am completing my transfer degree in science at Metro, and I am planning on transferring to either UNMC, Clarkson, or Methodist.
For the summer, I am a part time student while I work at a Montessori learning center on days I do not have class. I plan on going back to full-time in the fall, continuing to work at my current job as well since I love the children, parents, and staff there!

Goals and interests
- Career goal
For my future career, I wish and am pursing to become a nurse in a pediatric setting. I have worked with and around children for years, and I would like to continue that in a medical setting.
- Graduate school interests
I am considering, and would like to, further my education and become a nurse practitioner after I have gained experience within the nursing world.
- Outside the classroom
I love finding local, small owner, bookshops in Omaha and areas around there. I love to go downtown and people watch, see all the different lives that are being lived.
Another thing I enjoy is being with my dogs, they are like my little babies!
