About

I’ve always had a passion for learning about people. As a child of a pastor, missions trips were a big part of my life. Since I was 10 years old mission trips became a yearly occurrence. Through these trips I’ve found my passions. I’ve found a thirst for learning about people’s culture, their fears, and the things that make them, them. The more people I encountered the more this thirst grew. I wanted to talk to people, learn about them, listen to them and figure out any way I could help them. Through these trips and the people I got to serve, they helped me probably more than I could ever help them. The communities of people I meet throughout my trips opened up my mind to new perspectives, new ideas, and a new understanding. My passion is people and I think a career in Clinical Psychology allows me to live out this passion of working one on one with others while equipping me with the tools to make a difference.
