About
It has taken a long time to find myself. I have lived all across the country, I worked in offices, ranches, army bases, hospitals, and animal clinics, I have studied many different subjects in many different schools, held many leadership positions, and volunteered my time for a number of different causes. Some may see this as a lack of focus, but I see it as a journey, a meandering road that has allowed me to explore every facet of my being and has a helped me draw a few unquestionable conclusions about myself: I want to work with animals, I want to study their neurological networks, and I want to write fiction and poetry. Some people may find their own personal conclusions much faster than I did, but for me the indirect route has allowed me to understand the world and its inhabitants on a much deeper level than I would have understood otherwise, and it has given me a deeper appreciation for those things I have chosen to do.
