About

My parents taught me that mirrors exist to show our outer appearance but nothing beyond that. Only our actions, words, and ideas could possibly represent the personal qualities that matter. I was asked to seek the power to improve my life as well as the lives of those around me. It is on that background that I set my career goal. Nursing Anesthesiology (CRNA) is my dream career. A nurse anesthetist is a nurse who specializes in the administration of anesthesia. The demand for this specialized nursing is very high. These nurses are responsible for providing ideal stability to a patient prior to surgery, and I believe that my temperament is most suitable for this kind of very delicate profession. A successful completion of this course will give me the tools that I need to improve the lives of people around me.
However, becoming a nurse requires a massive amount of science and math courses. And I understood that having credits in advance placement (AP) Biology and Calculus would be extremely helpful in securing admission into nursing schools. Therefore, in my preparation for a career in nursing, I have challenged myself by taking these college level courses while in high school. Taking AP Biology particularly has increased my interest in the subject and also developed my ability to handle difficult courses when I get to college. I have been able to develop a tremendous studying skill, and I’m confident that my college education would empower me to be successful in this endeavor. In few years time, I would be ready to serve my community as a professional in health services.
