Latrice Conley

I am currently a part time student at the University of Houston-Downtown, working toward my BBA in Supply Chain Management. I plan to work within the supply chain as a buyer, and work my way up the chain, to the highest level of customer service. I have been in customer service for 15 years, and as a result, have developed a passion for achieving customer success. I chose working in the supply chain to achieve customer success, because the combined links of the organization work together for the customer's needs. This will bring success to the organization as well, having ongoing business from those customers. I am currently working full time in the oil/gas field and I have two teenage daughters that plan to attend college as well. While I am managing my family and job life, I feel that further education is needed so that I can accomplish more in life. I realize that I have the potential to be as successful as I want to be, why not make a plan to reach those goals? I will be a great example for my daughters as well.
