Cordano Russell

Hello I am a leader a entrepreneur a friend and a student who loves to encourage others. I believe that I have been called to use my gifts, talents and treasures for Gods glory.
I have been blessed with the athletic ability of skateboarding and have always been working hard towards becoming a professional athlete. As of today I am currently on the Canadian Olympic team slated for Paris 2024.
I cannot believe that this dream of mine as a little boy has come to me.
I will be attending USD this fall among all the other big events and things I have planned with training for the Olympics this summer.
The NHS has given me a great opportunity as a high school leader to give back to my community and the less fortunate for that I am grateful.

I have been very fortunate to attend a Private Christian school in Rancho Santa Fe CA.
This has changed my life for the better. My family is not wealthy and my parents have struggled to keep me here in this school. Finances have been a constant struggle. My parents have always found a way to make it work, I am so grateful for the high quality education I received the AP classes and the concurrent dual enrollment classes I took each summer at the community college to gain more knowledge in the business world. I have a dream of owning my own company creating jobs for those who people won’t hire.
