Courtney Cunningham

Hello! My name is Courtney. I am currently working towards my Bachelor's degree with my major in Political Science. My goal is to work with a non-profit organization or with my local government and public policy. My main focus is civil rights and liberties. I currently live in Jacksonville, North Carolina with my husband and son. My husband is in the Marines and has been in for 12 years and will be leaving in a few weeks for his seventh deployment. Our son is almost a year and a half old. I have my Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Johnson Community College where I maintained a GPA of 3.7 and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I also have maintained a 4.0 GPA so far here at Campbell University. I do volunteer work when I can with the United Way of Onslow County. I also am trying to set up some things to get involved with more political events in my community and up in Raleigh, North Carolina that pertain to my degree. After I finish this degree, I plan on pursuing my Master's degree.
