About

Crystal Ramirez is a motivated and service-oriented professional with extensive experience in judicial conference coordination, hospitality leadership, and high-pressure communication. She currently serves as a Planning Specialist with the National Council of Juvenile & Family Court Judges, where she supports national efforts to strengthen juvenile and family court practices. In this role, she coordinates judicial education programs, manages large-scale conferences, oversees event logistics, and collaborates closely with judges, court personnel, and multidisciplinary teams. Her work includes contract negotiation, ADA accommodations, travel coordination, and the handling of confidential documentation, all of which require precision, professionalism, and strong relationship-building skills. Before transitioning into the justice system field, Crystal spent over a decade in hospitality management, where she led teams, resolved complex guest issues, and trained staff in communication, safety, and conflict resolution. These experiences strengthened her ability to remain calm under pressure, navigate emotionally charged situations, and support diverse groups of people with empathy and neutrality. Crystal holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada, Reno. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to advancing her career toward family mediation and contributing to fair, trauma-informed practices within the justice system.
