Curtis Smith III

I am currently a Business Administration student at the Anheuser-Busch School of Business at Harris-Stowe State University located in Saint Louis, MO. I am studying Business with an Emphasis in Management. I was born and raised in Saint Louis, MO where I am heavily involved in community service programs which include MoDOT (Missouri Department of Transportation) Adopt-A-Highway Program, Big Brothers Big Sisters and United Way of Greater St. Louis. I served, on active duty, as a Military Police Officer for six years and embarked on multiple overseas tours while serving. I received my Associate’s Degree in Entertainment and Media Business with Management from Vatterott’s Ex’treme Institute (Saint Louis, MO) in January 2016 where I maintained a 3.87gpa. While attending Ex’treme Institute I received four Director’s List, three Dean’s List and a Perfect Attendance Award. I receive my certification in Security+ (2017) and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) (2018) from Saint Louis University. Upon graduating from Harris-Stowe, I have been accepted into the Master’s Degree program at Wester University where I will pursue my MBA with an emphasis in Cyber Security. I want to continue to help protect my country from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. I currently work in the Security field, but with the rise in technology and the heightened threat of cyber-terrorism, I want to be able to protect my country from both physical and cyber threats.
