Cynthia Lehman

Having a strong work background in an array of roles over the span of 28+ years from Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager/Director in various healthcare settings comprised of diverse patient populations, I am, therefore, well-prepared to meet the challenges that the Education/Employment Specialist, Director of Nursing, or Assistant Director of Nursing.

I attended and graduated from Saint Leo University in 2018 with a 3.5 GPA: Business Administration with Specialization in Healthcare Management.

I thoroughly enjoy traveling, gardening, and spending time with my family, Beagle, and friends. Additionally, there is a deep devotion toward giving back the gifts of knowledge and experiences gained from research and references related to healthcare, nursing, science, and management. By being able to commingle lessons learned from multiple disciplines across the arts, sciences, and business areas from Psychology, Sociology, Anatomy, and Physiology to Statistics, Accounting, Economics, Ethics, or Adult Health, Maternal & Child Care, for example, has spurred the interest to give back this appreciation of enlightenment to our community at large through teaching or development and training. Having merited and accomplished background in research and writing, I, too, utterly relished the work. Hence, any profession allowing teaching to further my career would allow me to accel toward stewardship in the “paying it forward” of these blessings and gifts back into our community.
