- Career goal
I currently own and operate my own leadership coaching company. I would like to expand my business and conduct additional research on developing theories in leadership and coaching.

I would like to be able to complete my EdD and USC.

I enjoy reading and working out. I also have a family and when I am not running a business or getting my doctorate, I love spending time with them.
