About

My name is Danielle Venter. I am a junior at the University of Kansas in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
During high school I was involved in cheerleading, players and forensics, participated in school plays, competed at forensics state for duet acting and serious solo acting, the green team (recycling), newspaper (I was the Editor-in-Chief my junior year), sadd (students against destructive decisions)(I was president my senior year), NHS (national honor society), Link Crew (students are chosen to be leaders to incoming freshman), SAFE (a program at our school to bring awareness to safe driving), Singers (a choir group, at a higher level than choir, who audition to be a part of and compete at competitions; kind of like Glee club).
I was nominated by my school and attended the Girls State government program for the state of Kansas in 2012 and was voted into the Senate while participating there, In 2012 I was the nominee at my school to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Law & CSI.

At Allen Community College, I was involved in choir, cheerleading, and the theater program. I received a full ride theater scholarship and the Fern Marsh Fine Arts Scholarship to attend school there.
